Construction standard EN 12285-2. Body and funds executed on S235JR carbon steel plate or equivalent quality.

Welds shall be performed on submerged arc welding (SAW) machine, where the practice is possible. In places of difficult accessibility, the welds are performed with semi-automatic (MIG/MAG).

• Finishing
Regarding interior finishing, the surfaces and welds will be in its natural state, cleaned and properly dried. Outside surfaces are pickled for steel shot at SA 2.5 (EN ISO8501-1) grade. Shall be applied an anticorrosive primer thin layer and a polyethylene or synthetic enamel thin layer with color to be defined by the client.

• Control/Testing Conditions
Visual essay tests of welds;
Hydraulic test to 0.75 and 3 bar;
Dimensional control;
Ink thickness control.

• Standard Equipment
Man entry with cover and respective connections;
Graduated probe scale in anodized aluminum, which is not suitable for volume control, as referenced in construction standard;
Filling cap;
Breather;
Ladder with handrail and walkway (except in the tanks of body diameter ≤ 1500 mm);
Lifting eyes;
Footrest.
